The journey

In 1997, Daniel and Anna-Maria Staines founded JMS Consulting Engineers Ltd. Growing from a single fax machine on the landing of their home, into a thriving company that now employs nearly 50 staff.

JMS Legacy was founded in 2014 as a way to grow and manage the family's increasing portfolio of businesses and create a legacy for the family to inherit.

From its formation in 2014, JMS Legacy is the majority shareholder in 9 companies, all of which demonstrate active growth.

With a long background as a Chartered Structural Engineer, Daniel is the CEO of JMS Group and is also a senior board member on all the companies operated by JMS Legacy.

Anna-Maria Staines

From a background in the health sector, Anna-Maria provides the role of Human Resources Director and senior Director in the JMS Group.
